The Centre for Leadership & Diversity (CLD) was established in 2004 and is housed in the Department of Leadership, Higher & Adult Education at ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø. The Centre is focused on Advancing the Cause of Equity, Social Justice and Democracy in Education

Faculty and students associated with the centre work collaboratively in the areas of leadership focused on creating greater equity, social justice, and democracy in education. 

The Centre for Learning, Social Economy & Work (CLSEW) is linked with the collaborative graduate programs in Workplace Learning and Social Change and Community Development. At CLSEW, we have the objective to understand and enrich the often under-recognized contributions of work and learning dynamics throughout their full range of variation in Canadian society and internationally.  CLSEW’s research focuses on marginalized social groups, and work and learning in the social economy, public and private sectors.

The Centre for the Study of Canadian International Higher Education (CIHE) has four objectives including the support and promotion of research on the study of Canadian and international higher education; disseminating research findings through Centre publications, conferences, symposia, and seminars; to contribute to and support informed public debate on Canadian and international higher education; and create a research community of engaged scholars, graduate students, and others interested in the study of higher education.

CIDEC is a research centre and graduate collaborative specialization. CIDEC’s mandate is to promote excellence, collaboration, and innovation in comparative and international educational research at ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø. The CIDEC community includes over 50 faculty members, adjunct faculty, and visiting scholars. More than 250 graduate student researchers with an interest in international issues and comparative methodologies in the field of education are affiliated with the Centre.
